Nationwide Shared Table Onigiri Action Event

Hands-on onigiri-making session at the JASG Office, linked by Zoom to other US sites

Participants make a flight of three onigiri (tuna mayo, shio kombu and ume) at the JASG Office while connected by Zoom to Table For Two and other host locations across the country. A Table For Two instructor explains the history and culture of rice and onigiri and the Onigiri Action campaign, then leads the making and nori-decorating session.

Participation fee is $5 per person, which covers extra materials and JASG event coordination. Most ingredients and supplies are provided by Table For Two. Advance registration is required, and people who do not register may not be able to take part because of capacity limits. The page showed 8 spaces left when fetched.
